Peter Rabbit's Tea magick recipe

2 cups of boiling water
1 teaspoon each chamomile flowers and lemon balm leaves
1/2 teaspoon each catnip leaves and fennel or dill seeds

Pour boiling water over herbs and steep for ten minutes. Strain herbs and allow to cool. Have you rchild sip the tea as necessary.

Teething and sore gums:
Take a cotton ball and soak it into a strong chamomile infusion using nine tablespoons of herb to one cup of water. Strain and cool. Dilute with an equal amount of apple juice, pour into popsicle trays, and freeze Submitted by Erin Duffy
